Legislative Reception at The Austin Club
Join us for our Legislative Day Reception on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at The Austin Club, 110 East 9th Street, Austin, TX—three blocks south of the Capitol.

Wednesday, March 5
Legislator Office Visits at the Texas Capitol
Legislative Day at the Capitol will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. We will meet on the E1 level of the underground Capitol Extension, close to the Capitol Auditorium.

Registration and check-in for those not in attendance on Tuesday evening
Start legislative visits
Lunch
AGC-TBB will provide a meal ticket (in your registration packet) for you and your legislator so you can have lunch together in the Capitol Cafeteria (E1.002) at your own convenience
Post-lunch
Additional legislative visits and/or head home
PARKING: The Capitol Visitors parking garage is located between 12th and 13th Streets and between San Jacinto St and Trinity St. This is one block due east of the Capitol Grounds and five blocks northeast of the Austin Club.
SECURITY: Security at the Capitol will take a few minutes to pass through the metal detectors. Individuals who are Concealed Handgun License (CHL) holders may use their CHL to bypass the metal detectors and use the express security line.
